Apollo returned home … as Believers in Jesus Christ—those who are now forgiven and children of God Almighty—we ought to be the most optimistic people on the planet!

Romans 8:28 “And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”

Yes, God work all things for good, but for whom?  Only to those who Love Him and are Called to Salvation by Him.

Believers are Free from Condemnation … Freedom from Law by their Justification, and Freedom for Victory over flesh by power of Spirit.

1.  God Works All Things for Good to Those Who Love Him

John Piper said, "God is always doing 1000 things in every thing that He does, most of which you and I know nothing about."

Houston, we have a problem … but God is sovereign over all!

Jeremiah 29:11 “'For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope."

2.  God Works All Things for Good to Those Called to Salvation

Romans 1:6 “among whom you also are the called of Jesus Christ;"

Acts 13:48 “When the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord; and as many as had been appointed to eternal life believed."

God works all things for good …. we ought to be optimists!

2 Corinthians 5:15 “and He died for all, so that they who live might no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and rose again on their behalf.

Mat 28:19-20 " 19 "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
