As a single male or female, what do I need to be looking for in a future spouse? What do I need to work on in myself so I am ready for my future spouse in God’s perfect timing?
How do we know when to be patient and trust His timing and wait or when to be bold and not afraid to try something new and take a chance? How will we know if it’s God’s plans or our own plans?
Why do unbelievers look like they have great lives and it seems like nothing bad ever happens to them....while Christians, who take up the cross and follow, get pummeled with challenges?

My teenage children are struggling to see their schoolwork as their “job”. They see it as pointless. I have shared 1 Cor 10:31 and Col 3:17 with them. They profess to be believers. Do you have any advice for me? For them?
Does the Bible speak of “emotional abuse” and the proper response by the woman( or man) in a difficult relationship? What should the church’s response be? When is ok to leave at least for a time?
1 John 5:3 says I can know that I have eternal life. How can I know? What are the evidences that would give me assurance when I doubt?
